Ana Haynes

 Character Development of Ana Haynes

So we eventually came up with a name for our main character, Ana Haynes. We also confirmed our main actress and props a couple days ago that we will be needing for our film "Tunnels", so stay tuned!

Ana Haynes is a 17-year-old girl who is always striving into not only being better, but into being the best. A 90 isn't enough for her, she feels as if she doesn't succeed with a grade like that and always managed to feel terrible about herself with a "low" score like that. Ana challenged herself with the hardest classes she can take in her grade level, studying any moment she can. She wasn't always like this, she used to be close with her family, friends, and even her boyfriend. Ana used to have spare time and balance several things at once.

She used to go out often and be a girl that was able to enjoy herself even with a 90 in school work along with her social life. She has only self taught herself into prioritizing school, work, and keeping it on a cycle. As she begins to damage her mental and physical health progressively as time passes. Ana doesn't eat well, doesn't sleep well and doesn't talk to her loved ones that care deeply about her. She doesn't seem to know how sacred time is. She has yet to learn how to be more successful with her social life along with balancing high school.

All of these lead to how she carries herself emotionally and physically. Ana would be described as someone who is disorganized, dresses in simplistic colors such as grey, black, and other colors that represent the sadness she lives through on a daily basis. She works hard in an unhealthy, toxic way. She is a pure representation of young girls who strive to work hard, but end up reaching a toxic level of sacrificing their social life for their academic route.

These are some brief pictures I want to use for Ana's outfits. I was planning on doing something comfortable, simple, basic colors, and something that clearly won't take much effort to put together or to think of.
